Kasama Municipal Council has promoted Esperanza Chishimba, Darius Chibawa, and Fidelis Choongo from Constable to Sergeant during a Badge Pinning Ceremony held on 7th August 2025 at the Council yard.
The ceremony was officiated by Mr. Luwaile Ag. Director of Human Resource and Administration.
The promotions come after the officers successfully graduated from the Chalimbana Local Government Training Institute in Chongwe under the 2025 Council Police Professional Development Programme (Second Cohort).
