FUMBA CHAMA permanent secretary special Duties, popularly known as Pilato, has led a Cabinet Office delegation to Kasama Municipal Council for a monitoring exercise on the utilisation of the Constituency Development Fund (CDF).
The exercise commenced yesterday with a meeting held in the Council Chamber, where Council staff made detailed presentations on the implementation and utilisation of CDF-funded projects across the district, followed by a plenary session.
The programme continued today with field visits to selected CDF projects within Kasama District to assess progress and impact on communities, before the monitoring exercise was concluded.
